Our spacious, 1261 Sq Ft, 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom, fully furnished and air conditioned condo is located in a beautiful resort community of Terrace Ridge in Davenport, Florida.

Terrace Ridge is a gated community ideally located within minutes to Disney World, Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom and other Orlando theme parks. Orlando's finest and most famous golf resort Champions Gate is only 5 minutes away.

After the parks and a round of golf, bask in the sun at the community swimming pool and spa, sport a match of beach volleyball, or stroll the beautifully manicured grounds while the kids can play a game of foosball, billiard or video arcade at the community clubhouse.

Feeling exhausted after spending the day outdoor? Then relax in our cozy and tranquil condo equipped with ceiling fans that add cool breeze of air. Or, go ahead and cook some meals for the whole family in our fully equipped kitchen while kids can choose to play the latest Play Station 3 games, surf high speed internet or watch movies from dozens of movie channel selections.

If you are tired of cooking, then fast food restaurants, Pizzeria's and formal dining restaurants are less than five minutes away. Publix, the large super market, nail/hair salons, medical clinic, pharmacy and bank (and ATM) are just around the corner of Terrace Ridge.

Our condo is also ideal for Snow Birds who stay for longer term looking for warm weather during the cold season in the northern hemisphere. Our monthly rate is very competitive and includes a complementary Welcome Package.
